We want you to love your home office and furniture investments; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the automated process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your item if necessary and place it in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Drop your package at an authorized FedEx location or contact our support team to arrange a scheduled freight pickup for larger furniture items.
